Zinc Cast Mold: The density of Zinc Alloy is about 2.5 times that of Aluminum Alloy, so the cost of a same Zinc Part is about 2.5 times of the same Aluminum Part. The strength, hardness, and formability of a Zinc Alloy Die Casting Part is much better than Aluminum Alloy Cast part. You need to use Zinc Alloy Part if you require a high quality of final surface treatment such as polishing, plating and painting. An Aluminum Alloy Part is hard to meet high quality surface treatment because of the poor formability of aluminum alloy, many pores on the surface after aluminum alloy cast.
Aluminum Cast Mold: Aluminum Alloys have good electrical and thermal conductive ability as well as good cutting performance. It is stable in performance will not corrode and fade after years of use. Suitable for complecate shape, thin and deep wall parts.
